Xiangke DRE-2C  Thermal Conductivity Tester (Transient plane heat source method)

DRE-2C thermal conductivity tester adopts the transient plane heat source method, mainly measuring the thermal conductivity, thermal diffusion coefficient and specific heat capacity of solids, powders, coatings, films and anisotropic materials. This instrument is based on TPS transient planar heat source technology and uses hot disk as the thermal conductivity tester of the probe.

The hot disk method has the following advantages:

(1) Direct measurement of heat propagation can save a lot of time;

(2) It will not be affected by the contact thermal resistance as in the static method;

(3) No special sample preparation is required, only relatively flat sample surface is required.
